Mr. John Eze supports the team from the moment a sale or project begins through to completion. He sources furniture, materials, and accessories, obtains and compares supplier quotations, places orders, and follows up with local and international suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Once an order is placed, he manages international shipping and coordinates the movement of goods until they arrive in Nigeria, then works with the sales and project teams to get deliveries completed on schedule. He keeps inventory and records up to date, from stock received to dispatched and delivered, so the sales team always has accurate information on availability, pricing, and lead times to give clients. When a delay or challenge could affect an order or project, he flags it early.
